A recent announcement from the Linyi Public Resources Trading Center has unveiled a tender for the investment, construction, and extraction operations at a building-material granite mining zone located southeast of Zhubian Village, Zhubian Town, Junan County. The project, funded through self-raised capital by Junan County Infrastructure Construction Investment Co., Ltd., carries a total contract budget of approximately 486 million yuan, translating to a unit price benchmark of 25.2 yuan per ton.

The scope of this tender encompasses the complete investment, development, and mining activities for the designated granite area. The planned timeline designates an 11-year cooperation period, broken down into a one-year infrastructure phase followed by a ten-year production phase. Quality standards mandate compliance with national construction and acceptance specifications, adherence to green construction management protocols, and a requirement that all engineering passes final acceptance inspection on the first attempt.

Bids must be submitted by 9:00 AM on September 29, 2026. This project will utilize an online bid-opening format, meaning bidders are not required to attend in person. Instead, participants can log into the designated online hall to join the proceedings remotely.

The mining site, situated in Junan County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, is classified as a building-material granite deposit. According to previously disclosed official information, including the mining rights listing and environmental impact assessment approvals, the mining area spans approximately 0.2973 square kilometers. The site holds proven and assessed resource reserves of roughly 15.512 million cubic meters, with recoverable reserves estimated at 12.001 million cubic meters. The planned and approved production capacity is set at 1.2 million cubic meters annually, utilizing open-pit mining methods. In January 2021, the project owner secured the mining rights through a competitive bidding process with a winning bid exceeding 105 million yuan.
