At the Xiong'an Forum of the 2026 China Computing Power Conference held on September 12, the Xiong'an Global Computing Power Integration Dispatch Center was officially announced to commence operations.
The center consists of two core modules: an integrated computing power dispatch platform and an international large model service platform. The Xiong'an Global Computing Power Integration Dispatch Platform aims to establish a national-level cross-regional computing power dispatch hub, consolidating diverse and heterogeneous computing resources, and breaking through barriers in the computing power circulation network to resolve the issue of isolated computing clusters.
The platform has already extended its coverage to eight major national computing power hubs, connecting 44 computing resource pools across 19 provinces nationwide, with a total computing capacity exceeding 27,000 P. Leveraging this integrated dispatch platform, the Xiong'an International Large Model Service Platform focuses on token dispatch services, gathering a comprehensive range of mainstream large models to create a global hub for aggregated large model services.
