East Buy Issues 0.63 Million New Shares from Option Exercises; Total Share Count Rises to 1.05 Billion

East Buy Holding Limited (East Buy) reported in its Monthly Return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing that 634,000 new ordinary shares were issued in August 2026 following option exercises under the Post-IPO Share Option Scheme.

The additional shares lifted the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) to 1,053.88 million, up from 1,053.25 million at end-July. No treasury shares were outstanding or transferred during the month.

Total cash proceeds from the exercised options amounted to HKD 3.31 million. After these exercises, 21.16 million options remain outstanding under the Post-IPO Share Option Scheme.

Authorised share capital was unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00002 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 0.10 million.

Under the separate 2023 Share Scheme, up to 18.87 million additional shares may be issued, though none were granted in August.

Management confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as of 31 August 2026.

The filing was submitted to the exchange on 4 September 2026 by Director Mr. Yin Qiang.
