In an August 2026 business update, Agile Group (03383) disclosed that its pre-sales value for the month came in at roughly RMB 380 million, a decrease of 34.48% compared to the same period last year. The floor area linked to these sales totaled about 46,000 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB 8,234 per square meter.
For the eight months ended August 31, 2026, the company, together with its joint ventures, associates, and projects managed under the "Agile" brand, achieved a total pre-sales value of approximately RMB 4.67 billion. This represents a reduction of 25.52% year-on-year. The corresponding floor area during this period was approximately 520,000 square meters, while the average price stood at RMB 8,977 per square meter.
