XUANZHUBIO-B (02575) has announced a tripartite commercial agreement with Thai pharmaceutical firm Innobic (Asia) Co., Ltd. and ZaoAn International Trading Co., Ltd. for its pyrotinib tablets, valid until June 30, 2036.
Under the agreement, the company grants Innobic (Asia) and ZaoAn International exclusive commercialization rights for pyrotinib in Thailand, covering import, promotion, marketing, offer for sale, sale, and distribution. Innobic (Asia) will act as the distributor, managing drug registration, local marketing, and commercial operations, with the marketing authorization held in its name. ZaoAn International will serve as an intermediary, assuming primary payment obligations for purchase orders.
The company will supply pyrotinib at agreed prices to support commercialization. The agreement stipulates annual minimum purchase volumes and a license fee payable by Innobic (Asia) upon signing and after securing Thai FDA marketing approval. Both Innobic (Asia) and ZaoAn International are jointly and severally liable for their obligations.
This strategic collaboration targets Thailand, a core member of the Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (PIC/S), leveraging international partners to expand overseas market reach. The move strengthens the company's presence in the promising Southeast Asian market, delivering economic benefits and enhancing its brand value.
