On September 9, a high-level matchmaking event connecting high-quality enterprises with Hong Kong's listing landscape took place in the city, jointly organized by several key institutions. The gathering was spearheaded by China Securities Co., Ltd. in collaboration with the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association, the Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises, Invest Hong Kong, and the stock exchange operator HKEX.

The session was designed as a comprehensive "one-stop" platform, integrating policy guidance, capital connections, and service support, specifically tailored to address the financing needs of premium companies pursuing listings in Hong Kong. It brought together these enterprises to explore their development and capital-raising ambitions within the city's dynamic market.

Presiding over the forum was Mr. Wu Chaoze, a member of the Executive Committee at China Securities Co., Ltd. and Chairman of its international arm. The event opened with a welcome address from Mr. Liu Cheng, Chairman of China Securities Co., Ltd., who underscored the firm's foundational commitment to serving the real economy and supporting corporate growth. He articulated the company's role in guiding enterprises on their global journey, describing it as an interpreter bridging domestic and international spheres, an enabler deeply engaged in industry, a companion for comprehensive growth, and a guardian ensuring access to worldwide markets.

A special address was delivered by Mr. Yao Weibing, General Manager of the Comprehensive Department at CITIC Group, who highlighted CITIC's long-standing and deepened commitment to the Hong Kong market. He emphasized the group's strategy of intensifying investment and business operations in the city, leveraging its capabilities to help Hong Kong consolidate its strategic positioning as a hub for finance, shipping, trade, and as a center for international legal and dispute resolution services in the Asia-Pacific region.

The program featured thematic presentations from several distinguished speakers. Mr. Peng Wenjun, Chief Executive of the Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises, elaborated on policy packages and supportive measures for enterprises establishing operations in Hong Kong. Ms. Yu Ying, Head of Mainland Business at Invest Hong Kong, provided insights into the city's industrial planning and development policies. Ms. Jiang Jiali, Vice President of Global Listing Services at HKEX, concluded the session with a detailed explanation of listing rules, processes, and successful case studies.

Following the presentations, representatives from the participating enterprises took the floor to showcase their operational strengths, core business strategies, and specific needs for financing and expansion through an overseas listing. A lively networking session then allowed companies, investment institutions, and intermediary agencies to engage in direct, face-to-face discussions covering critical topics such as listing pathways, valuation pricing, investor introduction, and cross-border compliance matters.
