ISP Global Reports Unusual Trading Activity; Confirms Ongoing Talks with Major Mainland Catering Partners

Hong Kong-listed ISP Global Limited announced on 4 May 2026 that its share price and trading volume recorded a sharp uptick during the session.

Following an internal enquiry, the Board stated it is not aware of any undisclosed matters that would account for the market movements, apart from current negotiations with “potential large-scale partners” in Mainland China’s catering sector. The discussions cover digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and supply-chain collaboration. Management also noted the Group is evaluating additional cooperation opportunities suitable for a listed company.

Operationally, the Group reports business activities remain normal. No further inside information requiring disclosure was identified at this stage.

The Board advised shareholders and prospective investors to exercise caution when dealing in ISP Global shares.
