SY HOLDINGS (06069) has officially declared a change in its corporate governance structure, effective from September 4, 2026.

Mr. Wang Zheng has tendered his resignation as the Company Secretary and will concurrently cease to act as the authorised representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, with effect from the same date.

The board has announced with pleasure that Ms. Chen Wanying has been appointed to succeed him, taking on the roles of both Company Secretary and authorised representative, also commencing on September 4, 2026.
