Embodied intelligence company Xinghaitu has reportedly submitted a confidential listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, officially kicking off its IPO process, according to findings from Xinliu Intelligent Prospects.
Founded in September 2023, Xinghaitu is led by Tsinghua-affiliated founder Gao Jiyang, who has steered the company along a differentiated path centered on "full-machine plus intelligence." The company rolled out its first-generation robot prototype in just eight months, and its R1 series platform has already been delivered to nearly 100 top-tier clients worldwide, including Stanford, NVIDIA, and Physical Intelligence.
In less than three years since its establishment, the company has completed over ten financing rounds, amassing total funding of nearly RMB 5 billion. Its latest valuation has surpassed RMB 20 billion, making it the fourth unicorn in China's embodied intelligence sector to exceed the RMB 10 billion mark.
