On 9 September 2026, Baige Online Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (“BAIGE DIGITAL”) announced the official adoption of an electronic-only format for all future corporate communications, aligning the company with Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) Listing Rule 2.07A and the market-wide paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023.

The initiative covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and any summaries), meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Both English and Chinese versions will be accessible on the company’s website (www.baigeonline.com.cn) and HKEX’s news portal (www.hkexnews.hk); printed copies will no longer be dispatched by default.

Shareholders are responsible for monitoring these websites. Those preferring automatic alerts can subscribe to HKEX’s news-alert service. Non-registered H-share investors must provide their e-mail addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries for electronic delivery.

Investors who still require hard copies may submit a reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) or e-mail IR@baigebao.com, specifying their name, address and the request for printed documents.
