HG SEMI Keeps Share Capital Steady in March; Issued Shares Hold at 1.17 Billion and Public Float Meets Requirement

HG Semiconductor Limited (HG SEMI) reported no changes to its share structure for the month ended 31 March 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 10 April 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued share capital was unchanged at 1.17 billion ordinary shares, and no treasury shares were held or cancelled during the period.

HG SEMI confirmed full compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, indicating that at least one-quarter of its issued shares remained in public hands at month-end.

Equity incentive activities were limited to outstanding employee options and awards. Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 2 December 2016, 1.78 million options were outstanding as at 31 March 2026, with no exercises or new grants during the month. Separately, the 2023 Share Award Scheme, refreshed on 31 July 2025, retained an unissued pool of 100.24 million shares; no awards were granted or vested in March.

With no new share issues, repurchases or conversions recorded, HG SEMI’s total share count and capital base stayed stable through the reporting period.
