Baiyunshan Announces Cash Dividend Distribution for First Half of 2026

Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Holdings Company Limited (also known as BAIYUNSHAN PH) disclosed on September 3 that it will execute its interim dividend payout for the 2026 fiscal first half.
According to the official announcement, the profit distribution is based on the company's total share capital of 1,625,790,949 shares prior to the plan's implementation. Each share will receive a cash dividend of RMB 0.30 (pre-tax), resulting in a total cash payout of RMB 487,737,284.70 (pre-tax).
The record date for entitlement to this dividend is scheduled for September 9, 2026, with the ex-dividend date set for September 10, 2026.
