Café de Coral Adds 82,000 Shares to Ongoing Buy-Back Programme, Maintains Issued Share Count

Café de Coral Holdings Limited reported a further repurchase of 82,000 ordinary shares on 2 September 2026, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 5.22 and HKD 5.28 per share. The transaction totalled approximately HKD 0.43 million, implying a volume-weighted average price of HKD 5.26.

Including the latest purchase, the company has bought back 576,000 shares since the current mandate was approved on 19 August 2026, representing 0.10 % of the 573.74 million shares outstanding as of the mandate date. Earlier this week, Café de Coral repurchased 284,000 shares on 31 August at HKD 5.26 each and 210,000 shares on 1 September at HKD 5.34 each. All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation.

Despite the buy-backs, the company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 573.74 million shares as of the close on 2 September, as cancellation of the acquired shares had not yet been completed. Under Hong Kong listing rules, Café de Coral is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 2 October 2026.
