Muyuan Foods Group Co., Ltd. (Muyuan) repurchased 128,600 H-shares on 3 September 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, equating to 0.04% of its outstanding H-share base prior to the transaction.
The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 35.50 to HKD 36.76, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 35.84 per share, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 4.61 million. All repurchased shares have been designated as treasury stock.
Post-transaction, Muyuan’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) stands at 309.24 million, down from 309.37 million. Treasury shares increased to 0.98 million, representing 0.32% of the total 310.22 million shares in issue; the overall share count remains unchanged.
The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 13 May 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 31.02 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now total 981,500 shares, equivalent to 0.32% of the company’s issued share capital at the time the mandate was granted.
Under Hong Kong listing regulations, Muyuan is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 3 October 2026. The company has confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
