Since the start of the year, wind and solar power generation output and cumulative electricity generation in Shaanxi have broken records 32 times. The province's new energy utilization rate has reached 92.7%, marking a year-on-year improvement of 0.5 percentage points and surpassing the annual target by 2 percentage points. These achievements underscore the tangible progress in the power grid's green and low-carbon development. With the rapid growth of new energy installations within the province, the pressure on grid absorption capacity has correspondingly increased.

Closely monitoring fluctuations in load and new energy output during the transition from peak summer demand to autumn maintenance periods, the company employs a coordinated dispatch strategy for hydro, thermal, wind, and solar units, optimizing the peak-shaving role of self-owned power plants. Additionally, it has improved the management framework for new energy storage dispatch, ensuring the timely commissioning and efficient operation of 14 grid-side energy storage projects totaling 1.87 million kilowatts. Deeper collaboration with meteorological authorities in Shaanxi continues to enhance the accuracy of new energy output forecasts.
Furthermore, the company is leveraging market mechanisms to boost consumption, having exported 6.1 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity through inter-provincial spot markets and short-term trading in the northwest regional market since the beginning of the year.
