WKK International Reports Taiwan Kong King’s July 2026 Sales: Monthly Revenue Rises 8.5%, Year-to-Date Down 26.4%

Hong Kong-listed Wong’s Kong King International (Holdings) Limited (WKK International; stock code 00532) has released an overseas regulatory announcement detailing the latest sales figures of its associated company, Taiwan Kong King Company Limited (TKK; TWSE: 3093).

July 2026 performance • Net sales revenue reached NT$248.63 million, an increase of NT$19.48 million, or 8.50%, compared with July 2025 (NT$229.15 million).

Year-to-date performance • Cumulative revenue for the first seven months of 2026 totaled NT$1.01 billion, down NT$363.89 million, or 26.40%, from NT$1.38 billion recorded in the same period last year.

Reporting framework • Figures are presented on a consolidated basis under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs), which have been mandatory for Taiwan-listed companies since 2013. • Intercompany transactions between the parent and subsidiaries, or among subsidiaries, have been eliminated in the reported numbers.

Corporate information The announcement was authorised by the Board of WKK International. As of 10 August 2026, the Board comprises Honorary Chairman and Non-executive Director Mr. Wong Senta; Executive Directors Ms. Wong Ava and Ms. Wong Orangeo Wendy; and Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Tse Wan Chung Philip, Dr. Leung Kam Fong, Dr. Yip Wai Chun and Mr. Lam Yiu Wing Andrew.
