U.S. Stock Indexes Mixed as Nasdaq Edges Up; Qualcomm, Intel, Oracle Jump 6%

At the U.S. open, the Dow fell 0.88%, the S&P 500 fell 0.11% and the Nasdaq rose 0.11%.
Qualcomm jumped 6% after announcing a multi-generation product collaboration with Amazon.
Intel rose 6% on reports it will raise CPU prices by about 10%.
Oracle rose over 6% after Mizuho raised its target price to $320, citing that the OCI capacity ramp is boosting the earnings outlook.
ASML (ASML.O) gained 3.8% and TSMC (TSM.N) added 2.4% after the companies launched cooperation on high-NA EUV photomasks.
