Beisen Holding Buys Back 200,000 Shares; Treasury Stock Rises to 16.88 Million

Beisen Holding Limited reported the on-market repurchase of 200,000 ordinary shares on 9 September 2026, according to its latest Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 3.06 and HKD 3.10, with a volume-weighted average price of HKD 3.08, for a total consideration of HKD 0.62 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 721.20 million shares, down 0.03% from 721.40 million shares a day earlier. Treasury shares rose to 16.88 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 738.08 million.

The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 18 September 2025, which authorises the repurchase of up to 70.12 million shares. To date, Beisen Holding has repurchased 21.65 million shares under this mandate, representing 3.09% of the issued share base at the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, Beisen Holding is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 9 October 2026.
