Shanghai FourSemi Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (“FourSemi”) announced that its H shares will be included in two key Hong Kong market platforms effective 7 September 2026. First, the stock will become a constituent of the Hang Seng Composite Index. Second, it will be added to the list of securities eligible for trading through the Stock Connect Southbound Trading Link, enabling qualified mainland investors to trade FourSemi’s H shares directly via the Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Connect schemes.
