SHK PPT Posts Annual Results with 11.15% Rise in Net Profit Attributable to Shareholders

SHK PPT (00016) has announced its annual results for the year ended June 30, 2026, reporting revenue of HK$94.194 billion, marking a year-on-year increase of 18.15%. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached HK$21.426 billion, up 11.15% from the previous year, with earnings per share at HK$7.39. The board has recommended a final dividend of HK$2.93 per share.

During the review period, profit from property sales stood at HK$8.292 billion, compared with HK$8.29 billion in the prior year. On a share-of-interest basis, total contracted sales for the year amounted to approximately HK$40.6 billion.

Including rental income from joint ventures and associates, the group's total rental income for the year rose 2% year-on-year to HK$24.987 billion, while net rental income increased 1% to HK$18.571 billion.

As of June 30, 2026, the group's land bank in Hong Kong, calculated on a share-of-floor-area basis, stood at approximately 56.4 million square feet. Of this total, around 39.2 million square feet comprised completed properties, the majority of which are held for rental and long-term investment purposes. The remaining 17.2 million square feet are under development, sufficient for the group's medium-term needs. Additionally, approximately 12.6 million square feet of residential properties under development are available for sale.
