Keppel Ltd. announced that it has placed its dormant wholly-owned subsidiary, Celestite Pte. Ltd., under member’s voluntary liquidation.
The company said the liquidation is not expected to have any material impact on its net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.
