Landmark REIT Unitholders Clear Changes to Two Perpetual Securities Series

Landmark REIT Management Ltd. announced that holders of its 140 million Singapore dollars Series 02 Perpetual Securities and 120 million Singapore dollars Series 03 Perpetual Securities approved proposed amendments at separate meetings on Sep, 2 2026.
Both extraordinary resolutions were passed without modification, allowing Perpetual (Asia) Limited, acting as trustee of Landmark REIT, to execute the relevant amendment documents for each series.
The two series form part of Landmark REIT’s 1 billion Singapore dollars Euro Medium Term Securities Programme.
