DiDi Enterprise, the corporate travel arm of DiDi Global Inc., introduced its "Super Savings" full-trip assurance program, an AI-powered cross-enterprise collaboration suite, and the 2026 Corporate Business Travel Trends Report at its 2026 Business Travel Services Conference on September 12. The announcements aim to redefine the value proposition of corporate travel management.

Cai Xiao'ou, General Manager of DiDi's Enterprise Services Business Group, explained that the team is extending its industry-leading service reliability from ride-hailing to the entire business travel chain. The goal is to make employee itineraries smoother, corporate governance more controllable, and travel investments more effective. He emphasized that recognizing every trip segment represents an innovation opportunity for the corporate travel sector, while acknowledging that many foundational services still require improvement. DiDi remains committed to long-term, sustained investment alongside its partners.

To date, DiDi Enterprise has served more than one million corporate clients and over 85 million business professionals. Data indicates that businesses adopting the platform achieve an average 30% reduction in total travel costs, while employees typically spend 60% less time on itinerary planning, booking, and expense reporting.

Most corporate travel management historically revolves around procurement activities such as price comparison, discount negotiation, and unit price reduction. However, a complete business trip extends far beyond booking. Hidden inefficiencies at every step of the journey, including repetitive form-filling, manual reconciliation, individual rebooking after flight cancellations, and missed client visits due to insufficient vehicle availability, rarely appear on balance sheets but consistently drain corporate resources.

The 2026 Corporate Business Travel Trends Report, jointly released by DiDi, the China Transport Yearbook, and Ipsos, corroborates this shift. Corporate travel is moving away from simple unit price comparison toward comprehensive evaluation of total trip costs, time investment, and fulfillment outcomes. Selection criteria for travel suppliers are undergoing structural transformation.

DiDi Enterprise is currently optimizing across resource allocation, service fulfillment, and vehicle integration, extending the cost savings, reliability, and quality service established in ride-hailing to cover the entire business trip lifecycle. At the conference, the company unveiled its "Super Savings" assurance framework, consolidating 16 trip protection benefits across multiple categories into a nine-character commitment: compensation for overcharging, refunds for price drops, and proactive management of itinerary changes.

Building on its corporate travel agent launched in June 2025, DiDi Enterprise continues to expand its AI capabilities. The company is packaging its transportation, accommodation, and service capabilities along with its travel AI into standardized solutions that can be integrated into clients' proprietary AI systems. This allows enterprises to adopt the technology without overhauling their existing platforms or processes, ensuring zero learning curve for employees.
