TIANLI HOLDINGS (00117) has released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, posting a revenue of RMB 365 million, up 20.4% year-on-year. The company recorded a loss attributable to owners of RMB 5.744 million, a significant reduction of 83% compared to the same period last year, with a basic loss per share of 0.77 RMB cents.
The narrowing of the loss is primarily attributed to improved financial performance in the multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) business segment, which recorded a segment profit of approximately RMB 4.6 million for the six-month period, reversing a segment loss of around RMB 16.9 million in the corresponding 2025 period. Additionally, the asset management business segment also demonstrated enhanced results, achieving a segment profit of approximately RMB 15 million for the reporting period, compared to RMB 11.6 million in the prior-year period.
These segment profits were partially offset by corporate expenses, mainly comprising loan interest costs arising from the 2025 restructuring. These interest charges are largely non-cash in nature and have no significant impact on the group's daily operations or cash flow position.
