Pan-United Corporation Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Ng Siew Quan as a non-executive independent director, effective Sep, 1 2026.
Ng, 60, was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and most recently served as the firm’s Corporate Governance Leader and Asia Pacific Leader for its entrepreneurial and private business division until his retirement in Jun, 2026.
The board said it welcomes Ng to the company and looks forward to his contributions.
