Meig Smart Tech to Join New Venture Capital Fund in Suzhou

Meig Smart Technology Co., Ltd. (002881.SZ) announced that, based on its strategic development needs and to leverage the resource advantages of professional institutions for deeper investment in the upstream and downstream industry chain, its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Meig Zhitou Venture Capital Co., Ltd. ("Meig Zhitou") has, as one of the limited partners, recently signed the "Partnership Agreement for Suzhou Puhua Chenguang Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership)" with the general partner Shanghai Tianjixin Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Shanghai Tianjixin") and 27 other limited partners.

Under the agreement, the total committed capital of all partners in the Suzhou Puhua Chenguang Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) is RMB 1.057 billion. Meig Zhitou, as a limited partner, intends to contribute RMB 30 million from its own funds, representing 2.84% of the partnership's current total committed capital.

This investment is expected to help the company integrate the strengths of various parties to identify investment opportunities. Through collaboration with a professional investment management team, and while ensuring the stable development of its main business, the company aims to leverage the advantages and resources of professional investment institutions to expand its project investment channels and enhance its capital operation capabilities and efficiency.
