Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Market Regulation published the list for the 2026 provincial AAA-level "Contract-Abiding and Creditworthy" enterprises, with 20 companies from Jiashan County making the cut.

The public announcement of "Contract-Abiding and Creditworthy" enterprises is an administrative guidance initiative carried out by market regulatory authorities. Companies voluntarily apply, and those that qualify have their contract performance information from the previous two fiscal years disclosed to the public. The AAA, AA, and A ratings are announced by provincial, municipal, and county-level authorities, respectively.

This initiative holds significant value for companies looking to strengthen their brand image and improve their contract credit management capabilities.

Since the start of this year, the Jiashan County Market Supervision Administration has treated the AAA-level designation as a key pillar in supporting corporate credit building. By coordinating efforts across departments to identify potential candidates, providing tailored services to boost capabilities, and leveraging multi-faceted support to expand value, the administration is encouraging companies to establish themselves through integrity and grow their business through contractual compliance.

Through data analysis and on-site visits, the administration has been guiding companies to refine their full-process contract management systems—covering drafting, review, execution, and archiving. It has also pushed AAA applicants to adopt digital contract management, using technology to better track contract fulfillment and anticipate risks.

In addition, a full-cycle management framework has been established, spanning cultivation, application, public announcement, and follow-up monitoring. This includes ongoing dynamic checks and routine oversight. Companies that breach their commitments are promptly summoned for talks and offered guidance on credit restoration. The goal is to foster an environment where trustworthy businesses are rewarded and dishonest ones face consequences, thereby safeguarding the credibility and prestige of the AAA-level "Contract-Abiding and Creditworthy" designation.
