CiDi Keeps Share Structure Stable in August 2026 and Validates Public Float Compliance

CiDi Inc. submitted its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either its registered share capital or the number of issued shares during the month.

The company’s registered share capital remained at RMB 43.79 million, divided into 424.44 million H-shares and 13.45 million domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 0.10. No increase or decrease was recorded in either class.

Issued share capital was likewise unchanged. Outstanding H-shares stood at 424.44 million and domestic shares at 13.45 million, with zero treasury shares reported. CiDi affirmed compliance with Hong Kong Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), maintaining at least the 15% minimum public float originally prescribed at listing.

Regarding equity incentives, 43.05 million shares remain issuable under the Share Incentive Scheme approved on 23 September 2024. No options were exercised, no new shares were issued, and no proceeds were raised during August.

The filing noted no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, other share-issuance agreements, or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts. The return was signed by Executive Director Albert S. Hu on 2 September 2026.
