CINDA INTL HLDG Unloads Chengdu Dongjin and Guangxi Chongzuo Bond Holdings

CINDA INTL HLDG (00111) has announced a series of over-the-counter (OTC) bond disposals, revealing a strategic adjustment to its fixed-income portfolio. The company confirmed the sale of two tranches of Chengdu Dongjin bonds and one tranche of Guangxi Chongzuo bonds, all executed outside of standard exchange trading.

According to the official filing, the first transaction, completed on September 2, 2026, after market hours, involved the sale of Chengdu Dongjin Bond I, with a principal amount of RMB 9 million (approximately HKD 9.9 million). The disposal price was set at roughly RMB 9.28 million (around HKD 10.21 million), excluding transaction costs. On the same day, the company also offloaded Chengdu Dongjin Bond II, holding a principal of USD 400,000 (approximately HKD 3.12 million), for a consideration of about USD 400,000 (equivalent to HKD 3.12 million), also excluding trading fees.

In a subsequent move on September 3, 2026, CINDA INTL HLDG sold its Guangxi Chongzuo bonds, which had a principal amount of USD 3.7 million (around HKD 28.86 million). The sale price was approximately USD 3.57 million (about HKD 27.85 million), again stated before transaction costs. The series of divestments underscores the firm's active management of its bond assets amid current market conditions.
