Vitasoy International Holdings Limited (VITASOY INT'L) reported the repurchase of 18,000 ordinary shares on 1 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The buyback was executed at prices ranging between HKD 6.43 and HKD 6.47, for a total consideration of HKD 0.12 million, translating to a volume-weighted average price of HKD 6.45 per share.

Including this latest transaction, VITASOY INT'L has repurchased 792,000 shares since receiving shareholder approval for its current mandate on 24 August 2026. The accumulated repurchases represent 0.08 % of the company’s 1.02 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares) outstanding on the mandate date. The mandate permits repurchases of up to 101.76 million shares, leaving approximately 100.96 million shares, or 9.92 % of issued share capital, still available for buyback.

All repurchased shares—totaling 792,000 units—are designated for cancellation and remain uncancelled as at 1 September 2026. The company’s issued share capital therefore currently stands unchanged at 1,017.56 million shares, pending formal cancellation of the repurchased stock.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, VITASOY INT'L is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares for 30 days following the 1 September buyback; this moratorium extends until 1 October 2026.

The company confirmed that all repurchases were executed in compliance with Main Board Listing Rules and that no material changes have been made to the repurchase mandate’s explanatory statement filed on 17 July 2026.
