Silver Grant International Holdings Group Limited has issued an update on the auditor’s disclaimer of opinion attached to its FY2025 results, outlining concrete steps to tackle multiple uncertainties over going-concern status and improve liquidity.

The Hong Kong-listed investment group intends to: • Dispose of outstanding loan and interest receivables and accelerate sales of equity and non-performing asset investments. • Pursue refinancing of existing bank and other borrowings while seeking additional credit facilities from current and new lenders. • Amend and extend the long-stop date of its Loan Assignment Agreement through a supplemental pact now under negotiation. • Continue redemption of financial investments, after already realising RMB7.64 million (HK$8.79 million) in April 2026 and RMB1.34 million (HK$1.55 million) in June 2026. • Negotiate settlement of an overdue other borrowing with an outstanding principal of about HK$194.00 million, aiming to lift related asset-freeze orders. • Finalise settlement plans with Claimant A and Claimant B regarding outstanding claims.

In parallel, Silver Grant is exploring collaborations to expand its new-energy investment and operations segment to bolster revenue and cash flow. Management affirmed that the company will “exhaust any other means available” to resolve the issues flagged by the auditor and will provide further updates in line with Hong Kong listing requirements.
