Guolian Minsheng Securities trims free-float by 0.01% through RMB 4.44 million A-share buyback

Guolian Minsheng Securities Company Limited reported a minor reduction in its outstanding A-share capital after executing a scheduled share repurchase on 3 September 2026.

The broker repurchased 500,000 A shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange at RMB 8.87 per share, bringing the total cash outlay to RMB 4.44 million. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell to 5.236 billion from 5.236 billion, a decrease of 0.01%. Concurrently, the treasury-share balance rose to 2.00 million shares. Total issued share capital remains unchanged at 5.238 billion shares, as the bought-back stock has not been cancelled.

The operation forms part of the repurchase plan approved by the board on 10 August 2026 and was conducted in accordance with domestic repurchase regulations. The company confirmed that the transaction complied with all applicable rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s disclosure requirements.
