Sunac Services Holdings Limited reported no change in its issued share capital as at 03 September 2026, maintaining 3.03 billion ordinary shares outstanding. However, the company continued its on-market share repurchase programme, purchasing 600,000 shares on 03 September 2026 at prices between HKD 0.80 and HKD 0.815 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.49 million.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board rules, Sunac Services confirmed that all buybacks were conducted on-market, fully funded, and compliant with regulatory requirements. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales is in effect until 03 October 2026 following the latest repurchase.
