On 4 September 2026, 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited announced that its Interim Report 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.1957.com.hk) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board encourages shareholders to access the online version but offers printed copies at no cost upon request. Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty receiving email notifications or accessing the web version can obtain hard copies—either in English, Chinese, or both—by completing and signing the enclosed Request Form and returning it to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Service Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests may be sent by post using the prepaid mailing label or by email to 8495-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders preferring electronic delivery should provide a functional email address to their custodial intermediary—bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to receive future notifications. If no valid email address is on file, notices of publication will continue to be dispatched in printed form until an address is provided.
