XTALPI Executes HKD 9.87 Million Share Buyback, Representing 0.03% of Outstanding Stock

XTALPI Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 1.38 million ordinary shares on 2 September 2026 via on-exchange transactions at prices ranging between HKD 7.14 and HKD 7.20 per share, for a volume-weighted average of HKD 7.18 per share. The aggregate consideration was HKD 9.87 million.

Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 4.30 billion shares, as the repurchased shares—equating to 0.03% of issued capital—have not yet been cancelled. The purchases were made under the general mandate approved on 20 May 2026, which authorises XTALPI to buy back up to 430.34 million shares; to date, 1.38 million shares, or 0.03% of the authorised limit, have been utilised.

Pursuant to Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, XTALPI is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales following the repurchase, lasting until 2 October 2026.

The board confirmed that the buyback complied with all applicable laws, listing rules, and regulatory requirements, and that all payments have been settled in full.
