Hong Kong–listed CStone Pharmaceuticals disclosed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 August 2026, showing steady capital structure with a modest uptick in issued shares driven solely by employee option exercises.

All new shares were generated through option exercises: 24,000 shares under the Pre-IPO Incentivization Plan and 22,920 shares under the Post-IPO Employee Share Option Plan. The exercises brought in HKD 0.03 million in cash proceeds.

Outstanding options totalled 105.82 million units at month-end, comprising 1.04 million from the Pre-IPO plan and 104.78 million from the Post-IPO plan. Up to 43.78 million additional shares may be issued upon future exercises under existing mandates.
