China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (CIMC) has issued the proxy form for its second Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of 2026, to be convened at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 23 September 2026, at the CIMC R&D Centre, 2 Gangwan Avenue, Shekou, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, PRC.
Key matters for shareholder approval:
1. Share Capital Adjustment and Articles Amendment (Special Resolution) • Proposal to change the intended use of previously repurchased A-shares, cancel those shares, and execute a corresponding reduction in registered capital. • Associated amendments to the Articles of Association will be tabled to reflect the adjusted share capital.
2. 2026 Guarantee Plan Update (Special Resolution) • Revision of CIMC’s guarantee framework for the current year.
3. Registration and Issuance of Debt Financing Instruments (Ordinary Resolution) • Authorisation for the Company to apply to the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII) for the registration and issuance of debt financing instruments (DFI).
4–5. Board Composition Adjustments (Ordinary Resolutions) • By-election of one independent director. • By-election of one non-independent director.
