The transaction cost totalled HKD 10.06 million, based on a volume-weighted average price of HKD 12.53.

Including the latest purchase, the company has bought back 10.21 million shares since the current series of on-market repurchases began on 24 August 2026. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation but had not yet been removed from the share count at the reporting date.

The repurchases form part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 5 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 82.77 million shares. Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 755.86 million Class A shares pending formal cancellation of the repurchased stock. In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, TUHU-W is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 9 October 2026.
