Genscript Biotech Proposes Separate Listing of Subsidiary on Hong Kong Main Board

Genscript Biotech (01548) has announced a proposal to spin off and independently list its indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary, Probio Technology Limited ("Probio"), on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
Probio is responsible for the group's contract research, development, and manufacturing organization services for biologics and advanced therapies. In connection with the proposed spin-off, the company has submitted an application to the Stock Exchange under Practice Note 15.
On August 14, 2026, the Listing Committee confirmed that the company may proceed with the proposed spin-off.
