Jiangsu Allfavor Intelligent Circuits Technology Co.,Ltd. (300964.SZ) has announced plans to establish a new production facility for AI-driven high-layer-count and high-end HDI circuit boards in the Lishui Economic Development Zone of Nanjing.

The project, with a projected total investment of approximately 2 billion yuan, is slated for completion over a five-year period. Funding will be sourced from the company's own funds and self-raised capital, according to a company filing.

As part of this initiative, the company intends to sign an industrial project investment and construction agreement with the Nanjing Lishui Economic Development Zone Management Committee.

This strategic move aligns with prevailing industry trends and is designed to capitalize on the growing market opportunities within the AI computing sector. Once fully operational, the new facility is expected to add an annual production capacity of 1.5 million square meters of AI server-grade high-layer and high-end HDI circuit boards. This expansion aims to better meet the increasing demand from downstream clients.

Additionally, a portion of the investment will be allocated to establishing R&D teams, advancing core technology iterations, and facilitating product enhancements. This focus is intended to strengthen the company's technical expertise in the high-layer and advanced HDI segments.
