ISP Global Maintains Share Capital in March 2026; 8.00 Million Share Options Lapse

ISP Global Limited reported no change to its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 March 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 April 2026.

The authorised share capital remained at 1.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 15.00 million. Issued shares were steady at 1,046.63 million, and the company held no treasury shares.

Public-float compliance was confirmed, with the free-float level meeting the minimum 25% requirement under GEM Rule 17.37B.

Under the 2017 share option scheme, 8.00 million options lapsed during March, reducing outstanding options to 44.90 million. No options were exercised, and therefore no new shares were issued and no capital was raised during the period.

The filing recorded no activity in warrants, convertible instruments, other equity-linked agreements, or treasury share movements.
