CN Culture Group: Executive Director Wang Shidi Resigns Effective 9 September 2026

China National Culture Group Limited (CN Culture Group) announced that Executive Director Mr. Wang Shidi resigned from the Board with effect from 9 September 2026 to focus on other business commitments.
Mr. Wang has confirmed he holds no claims against the company, maintains no disagreements with the Board, and is unaware of any matters requiring attention from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or shareholders.
Following the resignation, the Board comprises two Executive Directors—Ms. Sun Wei and Ms. Man Qiaozhen—and three Independent Non-Executive Directors—Mr. Liu Kwong Sang, Ms. Wang Miaojun and Ms. Wang Yujie. The Board expressed its appreciation for Mr. Wang’s contributions during his tenure.
