On 7 September 2026, Hengdeli Holdings Limited (“HENGDELI”) announced that its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese is now available on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.hengdeligroup.com).

The board confirmed a transition to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Non-registered shareholders are required to provide a functional e-mail address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to receive electronic notifications.

Shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the online documents, or who prefer physical copies, may request printed versions free of charge by: • Emailing hengdeliholdings.ecom@computershare.com.hk, or • Writing to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Until an e-mail address is registered, non-registered holders will not receive electronic alerts and must proactively check both websites for updates. Telephone enquiries can be directed to the share registrar at (+852) 2862 8688 during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
