This translates to a combined year-on-year growth of approximately 876% for industrial modules and SiC MOSFETs, with their combined revenue share rapidly climbing from roughly 3.6% to 30.5% of total revenue.
Notably, at the 2026 World Robot Conference, BASICSEMI officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with UBTech Robotics, often referred to as the "first stock in humanoid robotics." The two parties will collaborate deeply on the application of silicon carbide power devices in embodied intelligent humanoid robots, developing low-power, high-endurance solutions for scenarios such as power management and motion control.
