The repurchases were executed within a price range of HKD 0.85–0.855 per share, at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 0.8508, for total consideration of HKD 0.17 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0165 % to 1.21 billion shares, while treasury shares rose from 23.63 million to 23.83 million. The overall share count, including treasury shares, remained unchanged at 1.23 billion.
The repurchase was made under the mandate authorised by shareholders on 20 May 2026, which permits the company to repurchase up to 123.23 million shares. To date, 200,000 shares—equivalent to 0.0162 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date—have been bought back under this authority. Pursuant to Hong Kong Listing Rules, C-MER Medical is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 08 October 2026.
