Virscend Education Company Limited has invoked Article 140 of its amended and restated articles of association, confirming that any dividends unclaimed for more than six years from the date of declaration will be forfeited and revert to the company.

The board of directors states that two specific payouts are affected:

• 2018 final dividend: HK$0.04 per share, declared on 25 March 2019 • 2019 interim dividend: HK$0.04 per share, declared on 27 August 2019

Shareholders who have not yet collected these distributions must contact the company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, no later than 4:30 p.m. on 30 September 2026. Any unclaimed amounts remaining on 2 October 2026 will be forfeited.

The announcement is signed by Chairwoman Wang Xiaoying on behalf of the board, which currently comprises four executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
