Nanhua Futures Repurchases 213,000 H Shares; Treasury Stock Climbs to 2.52 Million

On 04 September 2026, Nanhua Futures Co., Ltd. repurchased 213,000 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, allocating the entire tranche to treasury stock. The buy-back was executed at prices ranging from HKD 6.90 to HKD 7.02, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 6.93 per share and a total cash outlay of approximately HKD 1.48 million.

Prior to the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) stood at 153.80 million, while treasury shares totaled 2.31 million. Following the repurchase, issued shares outstanding declined to 153.58 million, and treasury shares increased to 2.52 million. The repurchased amount represents 0.14% of the company’s issued share base before the event. Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 156.11 million shares.

The repurchase falls under a mandate approved on 16 July 2026, which authorizes buy-backs of up to 10.77 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this authority now amount to 2.52 million shares, equivalent to 2.34% of the company’s issued shares as of the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 04 October 2026. Management confirmed that all repurchase activities complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and that no material changes have been made to the previously filed explanatory statement.
