Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. disclosed that it bought back 104,900 H shares on 2 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying a total of HKD 2.99 million. The shares were repurchased within a price range of HKD 28.32–28.82 per share, implying a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 28.56.
Following the transaction, Wuxi Lead’s outstanding H-share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.10% to 107.81 million, while treasury shares increased to 244,600. The company’s overall issued share capital remains unchanged at 108.06 million shares because the repurchased stock has been retained in treasury rather than cancelled.
The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 21 May 2026 authorising the repurchase of up to 10.81 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now total 244,600 shares, representing 0.23% of the company’s issued share base as of the mandate date.
In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, Wuxi Lead is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 2 October 2026.
