Bank of Guizhou Posts Static Share Capital for August 2026; Public Float Meets HKEX Threshold

Bank of Guizhou Co., Ltd. (Bank of Guizhou, HKEX: 06199) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

Total authorised and registered share capital closed August at 14.59 billion shares with a par value of RMB 1 each. The structure is split between 2.20 billion H-shares listed in Hong Kong and 12.39 billion domestic shares, both unchanged from the prior month.

Issued shares also remained static: 2.20 billion H-shares and 12.39 billion domestic shares were outstanding, with no treasury stock on the books. The bank reported no new share issuances, cancellations, buybacks, options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments during the period.

The H-share free float stood at 15.08%, satisfying the minimum public-float requirement under HKEX Main Board Rule 13.32D. All regulatory confirmations—including receipt of funds, fulfilment of listing conditions and statutory filings—were provided by Company Secretary Zhou Guichang in the 7 September 2026 submission.
