On the news front, starting September 7, Keytop Parking was officially added to the Stock Connect eligible securities list. This development allows mainland Chinese investors to directly buy and sell shares of the company through the Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong trading links, formally unlocking southbound capital flows into the stock.
In the first half of this year, the company generated revenue of RMB 333 million, with adjusted net profit of RMB 28.67 million, as it continued to increase investment in its parking lot operations segment. Looking ahead, Keytop Parking plans to further deepen its parking operations business, expand its contracted operation model, and grow its online parking space rental platform, aiming to unlock greater monetization potential from its parking assets. The company also intends to broaden its geographic coverage and accelerate the full deployment of AI-enabled solutions across its operations.
